The IR145R‑4 is an insulation monitoring device designed for unearthed systems (IT systems). It continuously monitors the insulation resistance of AC/DC main circuits up to 300 V. When an insulation fault occurs, the device triggers an alarm, allowing the first earth fault to be detected before a second fault causes a power outage or equipment damage. The device complies with IEC 61557‑8 and is suitable for both AC and DC unearthed systems.
