The CSH01.3C-ET-EN2-NNN-CCD-NN-S-NN-FW is a modular motion-logic controller card produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat within the CSH Advanced Controllers series. It installs into IndraDrive power sections and supervises axis positioning, fieldbus traffic, and peripheral signals for automated machinery. By combining multiple communication layers with local analog channels, the card coordinates servo drives, feedback devices, and higher-level PLCs for deterministic motion in packaging lines, material-handling systems, and similar industrial automation equipment.

The control side is network-centric. Its control communication layer supports Multi-Ethernet, so different real-time protocols can be selected without changing hardware. Engineering access follows the 100Base-TX standard and reaches the board through an 8-pin RJ-45 service port, while legacy diagnostics remain available through the integrated RS-232 interface. For synchronized axes, the card operates as a Cross Communication master and exchanges position data with other drives over the backplane. The primary encoder connector accepts EnDat 2.1, incremental 1 Vpp, or 5 V TTL signals. Two analog outputs provide command voltages with a resolution of 19.5 mV/inc at 8-bit depth, and a single analog input captures process feedback. The Option 2 slot is not equipped.

Energy demand is divided by functional blocks to simplify cabinet load calculations. The ET communication section draws 2.2 W, the EN2 encoder channel requires 6 W, and the CCD diagnostic segment consumes 1 W during operation. For discrete control, the board includes a form C relay rated at DC 24 V / 1 A, which is suitable for enabling a brake contactor or signaling a fault to an external PLC. Because the controller has no integrated safety technology, any emergency-stop function must be handled by external safety circuitry.
