The Mitsubishi Electric FR-CV-H30K is a power regeneration common converter from the FREQROL-CV series, rated 30 kW at 400 V class. Designed for common DC-bus systems, it converts regenerative energy from motors (e.g. during deceleration or overhauling loads) and feeds it back to the AC supply — or shares it with other inverters on the same DC bus — dramatically improving system energy efficiency and reducing running costs.
Used as a replacement or spare for existing CV-series common converters, this genuine Mitsubishi unit is tested before dispatch and ready for installation.
Regenerative Power Conversion During motor deceleration or overhauling loads, the FR-CV-H30K converts the regenerative energy on the DC bus back into the AC mains. This eliminates the need for large braking resistors and turns braking energy into usable power.
Common Bus Energy Sharing In multi-inverter systems connected to a shared DC bus, energy regenerated by one axis can be consumed by other axes in real time — only the net surplus is fed back to the grid. This architecture is ideal for handling, winding, hoisting and other applications with frequent acceleration/deceleration cycles.
System Integration As part of the FREQROL-CV series, the converter works with Mitsubishi FREQROL inverters and other DC-bus components in a common-bus configuration, simplifying energy management across the whole drive system.
