The LTI Motion ServoOne CM (SO CM-3.0006.1110.0) is a high-performance axis controller from the SystemOne CM multi-axis automation platform, engineered in Germany by LTI Motion GmbH (now KEBA Industrial Automation Germany). Designed for demanding motion applications, it combines a powerful drive ASIC, integrated safety technology, and EtherCAT CoE fieldbus communication in an exceptionally compact form factor.

This unit was removed from a working industrial machine and is offered in used / tested condition, ready for installation.

Compact Design ServoOne CM is a core component of the SystemOne CM multi-axis system. Its space-saving architecture is achieved through deep integration of the control electronics, power stage, and communication interfaces in a single module. Wall-mount mounting allows flexible installation in control cabinets or directly on the machine.

Integrated Safety The drive ships with STO (Safe Torque Off) certified to SIL 3, PL e, Cat. 4, and SBC (Safe Brake Control) to SIL 2, PL d, Cat. 3 as standard — making it suitable for demanding safety-critical applications such as handling suspended loads, presses, and robotics. Optional safe motion functions (SS1, SS2, SOS, SLS, SLI, SDI, SLP) are available in combination with the SafetyOne CM safety PLC.

High Dynamics & Precision Each axis controller features a dedicated 32-bit drive ASIC with floating-point unit, supporting current control loops up to 16 kHz. Built-in auto-tuning, resonance damping, friction and torque-ripple compensation, and predictive feed-forward control deliver maximum path accuracy and machine throughput.

Easy Engineering The full SystemOne CM platform is configured via the MotionCenter PC tool (CoDeSys-based), with one central data pool across the motion controller, safety PLC, and drive modules — reducing engineering effort and potential configuration errors.
