The core of the D Series is the digital calibrated dModul, which processes relative humidity and temperature measurement values individually. The values are compared to calibration data stored in the dModul and transmitted digitally to the transmitter electronics, where they are converted to standardized analog signals.
The PTFE sintered filter (ZE05) provides IP65 protection, making the sensor suitable for demanding applications with dust, moisture, or high airspeed. The USB interface allows for easy configuration and on-site calibration using a standard micro USB cable. The integrated display provides real-time humidity and temperature readings.
