Description

The Allen-Bradley 25A-D037N114 is an adjustable Frequency AC drive that is part of the PowerFlex 523 product family. This drive operates when supplied with an input voltage range of 380-480VAC, 3-phase. It has a Current output of 37.0 A and dual power output ratings of 18.5 kW (25 HP) for normal operation and 20 kW (15 HP) for heavy duty operation along an output voltage of 0-460VAC, 3-Phase. This drive is a Frame E drive and comes with an integral EMC filter.

The 25A-D037N114 is capable of Sinusoidal Pulse Width Modulation (PWM), Volts / Hertz (V/F) and Sensorless Vector Control (SVC). It has an integral RS485 communication interface that supports daisy-chain topology, enabling this drive to be connected to a network of drives wherein up 31 drive connections are allowed. It also supports optional communication adapters to allow the drive to connect to other industrial protocols such as Profibus, DeviceNet and Ethernet I/P. Additionally, this drive is also capable of PointStop technology which is a trademark of Allen-Bradley, stops motor load in a consistent position without encoder feedback and Proportional + Integral + Derivative (PID) control algorithm.

The 25A-D037N114 is provided with One (1) Analog Input, Five (5) Digital Inputs, One (1) Analog Output and One (1) Form C relay output channel. These I/O channels are used to control the drive remotely using electrical signaling devices.

The built-in USB port of this drive is intended for MainsFree configuration and this allows direct connection between the control module and a computer for uploading, downloading, and changing the flash settings of this drive.
