Description
The Allen-Bradley 22F-V6P0N103 is part of the most compact and cost-efficient member of the PowerFlex family of drives– the PowerFlex 4M AC Drive series. Built with a B frame and an IP20 NEMA/UL open type enclosure, the installation process for this drive is virtually a breeze with its convenient DIN rail mounting feature; for added flexibility, a panel mounting option is available as well. To conserve possibly necessary space on the mounting panel, Zero Stacking can be used in drive integration within up to 40 degree Celsius ambient temperatures. Use minimal clearance for 50 degrees Celsius ambient temperatures. This AC drive supports DFI messaging via the serial converter module, integral RS485/DSI communications, and wireless communication with a DSI Wireless Interface Module (WIM).
The 22F-V6P0N103 120 Volt AC, Single-Phase Drive (50 to 60 Hertz) includes an integral keypad for out of the box operation using control keys and local potentiometer. The programming of this module is fast and user-friendly, with the most common app parameters contained in the module’s Basic Program Group. Its four-digit display comes with ten additional LED indicators for intuitive display of information and easy monitoring of drive status. The built-in RS-485 communications can be used in multi-drop network configurations as well as programming from a personal computer. Because it comes with programming keys that are common with other PowerFlex drives, configuration, and app development is easy.
The 22F-V6P0N103 Module has been constructed for optimized performance and excellent speed regulation. It features a Volts per Hertz Control Performance feature, a relay pre-charge limits inrush current, and an adjustable PWM frequency for quiet operation. For control wiring flexibility, it has a DIP switch settable for 24 Volts DC sink or source control.
