Description
The Allen-Bradley 22F-A011N113 is a 240 Volt AC, single phase AC Drive that can be used to modulate the speed of small AC motors with power ratings up to 2.2 KW (3 HP) with a maximum current of 11 Amperes. The 22F-A011N113 is one of the PowerFlex® 4M Adjustable Frequency AC Drives from Rockwell Automation. PowerFlex® 4M drives are small sized in dimension and are mainly aimed at Machine manufacturers and OEMs who require powerful, easily programmable, feature-rich solutions that fit in a tight space and are cost efficient at the same time.
The 22F-A011N113 enclosure is a DIN rail, Panel Mount - IP20 (NEMA Type Open) enclosure with a frame size of B (100 x 174 x 136 millimeters). It has a ZeroStackingTM feature that permits very tight space between drives, providing that ambient temperatures are less than 50 degrees Celsius. Integral filtering is available to comply with the EMC specifications required by the EN61800-3, with the availability of External filters. The features of this module include an integral keypad and a 4 digit display, with the most common 12 drive parameters contained in the Basic Program Group for easy and fast programming. The 22F-A011N113 enjoys Multiple protection features such as removable Metal-oxide varistors (MOV) to ground connections to protect the drive against input line voltage spikes and relay pre-charges to limit inrush current. The 22F-A011N113 AC Drive can withstand 150% overload for up to 60 seconds or 200% overload for up to 3 seconds for even increased protection.
The Allen-Bradley 22F-A011N113 has five (5) 24 Volt DIP switch Configurable Sink or Source Digital Inputs. Three (3) inputs are dedicated For start/stop/reverse commands, while the other two (2) are freely programmable for functions such as jogging, clearing faults, local control, preset frequencies and so on. An additional two (2) Analog Inputs (4 to 20 mA or 0 to 10 Volts) can receive speed commands either locally, with variable resistors (potentiometers), or remotely. Optional Communication cards can add support for DeviceNet™, EtherNet/IP™, PROFIBUS™ DP, LonWorks®, BACnet® and ControlNet™.
