Description

The 22D-E6P6H204 PowerFlex 40P AC Drive from Allen-Bradley is an AC drive which is used for controlling the speed of industrial motors in closed loop applications and in applications where a Category 3 safe-off function is required. The drive is compactly designed with a zero stacking feature which saves valuable space and allows for operation at an ambient temperature of up to 40 C and which is easily configured and programmed using an External HIM or an integral DSI communication port and PC-based programming tools (Drive Tools SP, and Drive Explorer). The 22D-E6P6H204 has a 3-phase output voltage range between 0 and 574V AC (3-phase) with 6.6A output current and with a power rating of 4kW (5HP). It also has an input voltage range of 460 to 600V AC, with an input current of 8.3A, and an input real power of 8.1KVA. The 22D-E6P6H204’s input line tolerance is ±10% at 47 to 63Hz, with a power factor of 0.98 across the entire speed range, and a short-circuit rating of 100,000A.
