Description

The Allen-Bradley 2095-OW16 is a Micro 800 relay output module. This module features Sixteen (16) AC /DC output channels that operates at nominal voltages such as 120VAC, 240VAC, 240VAC, 24VDC and 125VDC. This relay output module supports Micro 850 and Micro 870 controllers which directly installs to the right side of the Micro 850 and Micro 870 controllers.

This output module has a bus current draw of 160 mA @ 5VDC and 100 mA @ 24VDC with total power dissipation of 5.14 Watts. Each output point has a minimum load of 10 mA and Off-state leakage current of 1.5 A. This module comes with Sixteen (16) yellow indicators that are individually assigned to represent the energization state of each channel. The 2085-OW16 comes with Two (2) removable terminal blocks. When wiring signal wires to the module, appropriate wire size is 0.25-2.5 mm2 (22-14 AWG) solid or stranded copper wire with insulation rating of 75 °C (167 °F ), or higher and maximum insulation thickness of 1.2 mm (3/64 in.). Strip insulation following the recommended stripping length of 10 mm or 0.39 inches. Tighten connection to the module’s terminal with Torque of 0.5-0.6 Nm (4.4-5.3 lb-in.). This module has an isolation voltage rating of 240V (continuous), Reinforced Insulation Type, channel to system Type tested at 3250V DC for 60s and pilot duty rating of C300, R150.
