The Allen-Bradley 150-C19NBR is a 24 Volt AC/DC SMC-3 smart motor controller; it is a 3-phase and 3-wire type with an open-type enclosure. Its ampere rating is 19 A, with the current ranging from 6.3 to 19 A and it has an input line voltage of 200 to 480 Volts AC at 50 to 60 Hertz. Its Hp at 350% starting duty is 1.5 to 5 at 200 Volts AC, 2 to 5 at 230 Volts AC, and 5 to 10 at 460 Volts AC, while at 450% it ranges from 1.5 to 3 at 200 Volts AC, 2 to 3 at 230 Volts AC, and 5 to 10 at 460 Volts AC. Note that this controller has Delta compatibility and you can stack controllers together to make a modular control system (MCS).

An LED status indicator is available on this controller and this shows RUN, OFF, and fault conditions. The type of fault is indicated via the number of flashes made by the LED indicator. It also has a reset button that doubles as the hold-to-test button for quick diagnosis of the controller. The DIP switches allow faster setup of the START/STOP mode and other configurations. The rotary switch is used for setting up the motor FLA of the controller.

Built-in protective features of the 150-C19NBR controller include shorted SCR, electronic motor overload protection, phase imbalance, phase loss/open load, phase reversal protection, and over-temperature. This controller also has five start/stop modes of operation which are coast-to-rest, soft stop, soft start, kick start, and current limit start. It is used for various applications, including fans, chillers, compressors, lifts, mixers, conveyors, pumps, mixers, and many others.
