The VMD422-D-2 is a three‑phase voltage and frequency monitoring relay from Bender, part of the LINETRAXX® series. It is designed for interface protection of distributed generation systems (>30 kW) connected to public low‑voltage grids in accordance with DIN V VDE V 0126‑1‑1. When voltage or frequency exceeds preset limits, the device activates its alarm relays within 180 ms. This version requires an external auxiliary supply (AC/DC 70…300 V).
