This feature is ISO 13849-1 PLe/SIL3-certified with a response time of less than 25 milliseconds. When the circuit is tripped, the drive output is disabled. This removes the motor torque without shutting down the entire machine. A flexible solution for demanding motion applications, the 2094-AM02-S axis module offers advanced control capabilities in a compact package. Its modular design simplifies layout, promoting fast and easy mounting, configuration, operation, and diagnostics. Ideal applications for these safety drives include material handling, converting, packaging, and assembly. The 200 Volt-class 2094-AM02-S comes with a nominal 3.4 kW continuous power output, 230 Volts voltage rating, and 15 Amps INV continuous current (RMS). Do not install it in areas where the ambient temperature exceeds 50 degrees Celsius (122 degrees Fahrenheit). Following the IAM module setup at the leftmost slot, up to 7 2094-AM02-S modules can be mounted on each 8-axis power rail. Mount these modules according to continuous power value (kW) or power utilization from highest to lowest (left to right).
