Description
The Allen-Bradley 1785-L40B is a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) component. This product is a Controller that belongs to the PLC5 product family. It is mounted to a PLC5 chassis such as 1771-A1B, 1771-A2B, 1771-A3B, 1771-A3B1, and 1771-A4B.

The serial communication channel allows point-to-point interface which is also ideally used for short distance communication.
