The Allen-Bradley 100-D180 contactor is a Bulletin 100-D contactor which provides a highly compact and flexible starter component system. The 100-D180 contactor is a non-reversing contactor rated for 180 Amps at 60 degrees Celsius and 400 Volts AC and 250 Amps at 40 degrees Celsius and 690 Volts AC. There are no auxiliary contacts on the contactor. The 100-D180 contactor has 3 main contacts. The coil for the 100-D180 contactor needs to be ordered separately. Either a conventional or electronic coil can be ordered for the contactor. For conventional coils, the supported voltage ranges are 24 Volts AC, 48 Volts AC, 110 Volts AC, 120 Volts AC, 208 Volts AC, 220 to 230 Volts AC, 240 Volts AC, 277 Volts AC, 380 to 480 Volts AC, 415 Volts AC, 440 Volts AC, 480 Volts AC, 500 Volts AC, 550 Volts AC, and 600 Volts AC.

For electronic coils, the supported AC voltages on the Allen-Bradley 100-D180 contactor are 24 Volts AC, 42 to 64 Volts AC, 110 to 30 Volts AC, 208 to 277 Volts AC, and 380 to 500 Volts AC. For conventional DC coils, the supported voltages are 24 Volts DC, 48 Volts Dc, 110 volts DC, 125 Volts DC, and 220 Volts DC. For electronics DC coils, the supported voltages are 24 Volts DC, 48 to 72 Volts DC, 110 to 130 Volts DC, and 200 to 255 Volts DC. The Bulletin 100S-D contactors such as the 100-D180 contactor use a mirror contact design which prevents state change for normally closed contacts if a power contact on the 100-D180 contactor welds.
